Favorite fall/winter boots

OH MY! these are my loves! I live in these boots in the winter! They keep you super warm! My boyfriend calls the Ugglys. But these boots are the greatest! I have all four pair in this picture. They are the classic short, and there about $135. Totally worth it. You can get them at www.uggaustralia.com or some shoe stores like sneaker king.

I LOVE these boots! They are so hot! I have the black pair. They are super dooper comfortable! They are the Miz Mooz boots and you can get them at infinityshoes.com. These boots are about $179 (and totally worth it!)

These boots are so adorable! There like mocassin boots. Super comfortable! They are the Minnetonka 5 layer fringe Boots. There about $100. Totally worth it. These boots look adorable with leggings!

*all the boots i talked about on this blog post may come in other colors. I bought all the boots in black, except for the ugg boots those i have in like 5 colors. All these boots i would definitely recomend, these boots are super comfortable and some of the more expensive ones are totally worth the money.

high end makeup brands for cheap?

hey guys so i wanted to write a quick blog post about two websites that sell high end makeup brands for cheap. For the following websites you need to create a FREE account before you can look at items to buy.

1. www.hautelook.com - That is a website that sells a variety of high end brands (not just makeup) they have everything from makeup to clothes to reserving hotel rooms at resorts. Most of their stuff it 50%-80% off. I recently just bought a whole crap load of rock & republic makeup that was on sale. Eye shadows were only $14! now, $14 may seem like a lot, but there eyeshadows are originally like $30. (I will be doing a haul for all the items i bought off of hautelook.com soon)

2. www.beautystory.com - This is a website similar to hautelook.com except it's pretty much all cosmetic related such as makeup and skin care. Right now, i know they are currently having a sale on Michael Todd cosmetics and all of his items are 50% off.

Both sites have FANTASTIC sales. Also WARNING: both sites especially hautelook.com only keep certain brands on their website for only a few days. A week ago hautelook.com had Juicy clothing on their website and it was only posted for two days, some brands go for longer like 5 days. It just depends on the brand. ALSO! If you look online and see an item that you want (that isin't on hold or sold out) BUY IT IMMEDIATELY. They normally only have one or two of an item so don't think you can wait and buy it tomorrow bc it'll be gone. I know when i was looking to buy some juicy clothing 85% of the stuff sold out within like 2 hours, if that! oh, and on hautelook.com when you click on an item to "Add to cart" it only stays in your cart for 15 mins. so keep that in mind.

no videos or blog posts?

hey guys,

so it's pretty clear that i haven't uploaded any blog posts in a while. I am in the middle of taking pictures of swatches and stuff to upload onto my blog. I'm going to start uploading swatches on my blog, it's just easier than doing it on a video and on a blog.

Also, my dad needed my laptop (which is what i use to make videos-- as of now..) and so i won't be able to start making videos for a while. I have a long list of videos to make so this weekend and all next week they will get uploaded. If you have any requests for videos or products you would like me to review, send me a messege on youtube or leave me a comment on this blog.

FYI for the venomous villains collection

Incase you guys haven't noticed. The venomous villains collection is selling out super fast. I know the mac counter by my house is pretty much sold out of everything and the collection didn't even come out yet. Thats bc a lot of people, like myself, put things on hold. Also, the collection is selling out of items online super fast. It was released online last night or early this morning. So if there is something you definitely want i suggest calling your mac store/counter and asking them to hold the items you want OR ordering it online if it isin't already sold out.

GLAMINAR

(i don't really know why all this text will be underlined it's really annoying but guess i'll have to deal with it)

So anyway! this past weekend i went to NYC for Kandee Johnson's glaminar. If you don't know who she is after this post you DEFINITELY need to go to youtube and watch her videos. She is the most amazing teacher and the sweetest person. I had the most amazing time at the Glaminar. I learned so much. I uploaded a few pictures i took at the glaminar.

The welcome sign yay :) i was so excited. When i was there i took both of her classes since it is her last year doing this. If you guys don't know what the glaminar is, it is basically a makeup seminar but super fun!

Some of the prizes... i didn't win any of THOSE goodies :/ but at least i won a makeup brush :)

Kandee <3> Kandee and i after the glaminar was over. I bought her a baby boucer and some bibs for her new cupcake on the way :) I was so excited to meet her in person! I had the best time (i can't say it enough haha)

so i wanted to do a quick update. I haven't been using my blog much recently but i woke up this morning and decided its about time. So from now on, ill be will posting swatches, reviews, and random stuff more frequently. I will also be doing blog contests on here that are seperate from my youtube channel.

Upcoming MAC collections

This is called the Venomous Villain collection. It is disney based, meaning the villain's from some of the classic disney movies are the faces of this collection. This is definitely a huge collection, each villain has their own collection. In this collection there are a lot of darker colors like plums, reds, dark blue, dark green, peach, browns etc. I keep hearing that a lot of people think that packaging is tacky, but i personally like it just because im still a big fan of disney. I think it's unique.


Launch date: September 30 2010

This collection is called Fabulous Felines collection. This collection is pretty much all nude shades. A lot of browns, tans, plum reds, beige and dark olive. If you are the type of person that likes to wear natural colors then this is definitely the collection for you. I got to see the collection, and some stuff is similar to what i already have but there are still a few things i want to pick up such as the eyshadow quads and the liquid eyeliners (there are about 10, and they are different colors- gold, blue, green, brown, black, silver, etc.)

MAC's Digi Dazzle Collection

The colors are: Top (L to R): Baby's on fire, glaringly hip, hell raiser, hot sass, sweet bits, trouble maker

Bottom (L to R): infused with glam, liquid lurex, naughty you, smash hit, snazzy, wham, win-win

The lipsticks are very pretty, very glittery. If you don't like glitter than you probably won't like these just because the glitter is big, you can definitely feel it on your lips. It also takes a little bit of effort to take off the glitter when your removing your lipstick. The colors are very fun, very summery. I personally will probably only wear these lipsticks for a special occasion just because the glitter does tend to migrate.

Holy Grail of hair masques

This is seriously like the holy grail of hair masque's! You get in the shower wash your hair do wha you gotta do, then when you get out you take some of the macadamia deep repair hair masque (two or three fingers worth) and run it all through your hair. You leave it on for 7 minutes and then just rinse it out. When you rinse it out it leaves your hair super smooth, silky and healthy feeling. I'm not sure if it's entirely true, but i feel like this product takes me split ends and straightens them back out.

In my honest opinion the eyeshadows in Crazy cool, going bananas, and aqua are not that great. When you apply them they come off very light, so you really have to pack it on to get the color to show.

MAC dare to wear collection

So, as you may or may not know. Mac is coming out with their dare to wear collection on July 29th. The collection is full of bright colores such as yellow, green, blue etc. I'll be picking up a few things and ill be putting up some swatches.

Side note: Most MAC stores have sample products for their next upcoming collection before the collection actually comes out. You can put what you want on hold that way you are guaranteed to get it. But you must pick it up the day the collection comes out.
